100 CLUB APPLICANT FORM

The 100 Club is a new lottery scheme which the club have set up to help assist the club through these challenging times as well as reward the fans with cash prizes as well as loyalty rewards throughout the season!

To become a member all you have to do is purchase a number in the monthly draws which costs £10 and you could win up to £500! The more participants the higher the jackpot will be. Each month there will be a draw made by a Vics player or staff member. Participants can have as many numbers as they wish.

Numbers will be assigned randomly and you can pay on a monthly or annual basis, by cash or standing order (which can be set up using the form in the link at the bottom of the page).
